REMINDER REGARDING GERMAN WITHHOLDING TAX

Trainers are reminded that if they are contemplating running a horse in Germany their owner must be registered with Weatherbys for the German withholding tax. Failure to do this may result in up to 20% of prizemoney being withheld. Simon Gardner or David Harte at Weatherbys are the people to contact regarding this matter.
